J. Austen Irrobali

Austen Irrobali is a litigator with professional and student experience working in private law firms, the Forsyth County District Attorney’s Office, the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center legal department, and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. His work has ranged from trial court litigation to appellate work to proactive advice and counsel in avoidance of litigation.

Prior to joining Tillotson Law, Austen was an associate in the Dallas office of Andrews Kurth. While at Andrews Kurth, he practiced in the Labor and Employment section, where he focused on a wide range of litigation matters and drafted policies and procedures for companies in a variety of industries and markets. He also authored a number of web publications discussing contemporary changes to federal, state, and and administrative law. A former El Paso, Texas classroom teacher, Austen remains committed to the community and to offering pro bono representation for those who cannot afford legal services.
